Refund Policy and Conditions

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

• Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer's account being debited with an excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, the excess amount, excluding Payment Gateway charges, would be refunded to the Customer.
• Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Customer’s Card/Bank Account but the subscription is unsuccessful. The Customer would be provided with the subscription at no extra cost. However, if in such cases, the Customer wishes to seek a refund, he/she would be refunded net of any Payment Gateway charges or other applicable charges.

1. Refund Application

The customer will have to submit an application for a refund along with the transaction number and the original payment receipt, if any, generated at the time of making the payment.

2. Submission Process

The application should be sent in the prescribed format to the designated support email address.

3. Refund Processing

The application will be processed manually, and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the excess amount will be refunded through electronic means to the applicant. Confirmation will be sent to the registered email address, and the refund will be processed within 21 calendar days of receiving the claim. The time it takes for the funds to appear in the bank account will depend on the bank's policy, and may range from 5 to 21 days.

4. Payment Instruction Failures

The company assumes no responsibility and shall not incur liability if it is unable to process any payment instruction(s) on the payment date due to one or more of the following circumstances:

• If the payment instruction(s) are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed.
• If the payment account has insufficient funds or limits to cover the amount as mentioned in the payment instruction(s).
• If the funds in the payment account are subject to any encumbrance or charge.
• If the bank or financial institution refuses or delays honoring the payment instruction(s).
• If there are events beyond the company's control (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, strikes, power outages, and system failures).

5. Account Suspension/Termination

The company may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate a user’s account or access to services without penalty, and remove or discard all or any part of the user's account or profile at any time. The company may also discontinue providing access to services at any time, with or without notice. The user agrees that such termination may occur without prior notice, and the company will not be liable for any such termination. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate authorities.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or the services provided under this agreement may be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Any dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and not consolidated with any other party’s claim.
